Climate impacts added to Redfin home listings

Curb appeal, a walk-in closet, proximity to local schools... no longer alone in the list reasons to buy a home. Redfin has added climate factors to its menu of items to consider when shopping for a home. We invited Redfin Chief Economist Daryl Fairweather on the show to explain why they added the new function and how it works. Daryl admits that at first even they weren't sure users would be interested.
